Michelle went above and beyond looking for a cart for us because our room was on the second floor. When none were found, she moved us to a first floor large room. We appreciate her service! Sheets and beds are soft. I slept great!!
I had never been to plainview before this business trip and have always stayed at a different location on personal travels. However, Laura is amazing!!! You can tell she truly cares about the quality of service she gives her customers! All smiles, friendly and has convinced me this is why my company choses this location!! I will now change my personal venue as well! Great Job!
If I could add more stars i would. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean lots of pressure and hot water. Tv was nice size. Pool looked like fun. Free breakfast. One of the best breakfasts I have had in a hotel. Lots of sausage and bacon. Eggs hash browns.. coffee orange juice and fresh fruit. Lots of parking. Just off the highway. Bed was comfortable and had a great sleep. If ever in area again this will be the place. Glad they had a room left. I can sure c why they were so busy.
Convent from the highways, feels very safe, clean rooms, close to food options and looking forward to what looks like will be a nice breakfast. Would stay here again.

We've been here twice now. Great hotel. Most recently we arrived 2 hours before check-in and they still let us in. Great employees too. Give them a raise!
We opt to remain here during our visits to our son at Wayland Baptist University. The staff consistently demonstrates helpfulness and compassion. Each time we stay, it has been quite peaceful.
